What will you do?

Ensure all bar stations are fully stocked and impeccably organized before, during, and after service

Support bartenders in prep, restocking, garnishes, glassware, and ice management

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all bar areas, including counters, tools, and equipment

Assist with juice pressing, syrup preparation, batching, and other cocktail mise en place

Polish and organize glassware, tools, and bar equipment with care and consistency

Monitor and replenish stock levels throughout service to ensure uninterrupted workflow

Coordinate with service, kitchen, and dish teams to streamline operations and maintain pacing

Uphold and model our core values of respect, hospitality, teamwork, and excellence

Maintain a calm and professional demeanor in a high‑pressure environment

More about you

Minimum 1 year of experience in a fine dining or craft cocktail bar environment

Strong organizational and time‑management skills

Basic knowledge of spirits, cocktail components, and bar tools preferred

Ability to lift and transport heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and work on your feet for extended periods

Team‑oriented attitude with a strong work ethic and attention to detail

Available nights, weekends, and holidays

Physical requirements

Ability to lift, move or maneuver up to 50 pounds

Ability to pull heavy carts of stock throughout the facility

Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, lifting and reaching, during the entire length of shift
