Wolfoods Inc. invites a hands‑on culinary professional to lead the special‑diet kitchen program at summer camp locations between May and September. The candidate will live on site, receive room, board and travel assistance, and will be responsible for planning, preparing, and supervising menu items while maintaining strict food‑allergen controls. Duties & Responsibilities
Prepare all menu items and special‑request dishes from scratch, following standardized recipes. Maintain accurate timing, quantity, quality, and plating of every meal. Use weights and measures to precisely execute recipes. Supervise and coach kitchen and dining‑hall staff; delegate tasks and conduct training. Control inventory, estimate production needs, set par levels, and order supplies. Ensure compliance with all cross‑contamination and sanitation standards, including the Health Department guidelines. Communicate professionally with children, parents, counselors, and front‑of‑house staff. Engage in planning, scheduling, directing, and training to meet camp service objectives. Implement and maintain the Wolfoods Camp Food Training Program. Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum 2+ years of commercial kitchen experience. Proficiency in food‑allergen safety, including the Big 9 allergens. ServSafe Allergen Certification (company‑sponsored) required before camp start. Ability to cook independently from scratch and create multiple dietary variations of menu items. Strong leadership skills: able to lead a team and adhere to direction. Physical capability to stand, lift up to 50 lb, and work in a high‑volume, temperature‑variable environment. Availability for a 6‑day, 70‑hour work week during the summer season. Live on‑site in a rural setting with shared living arrangements. Employment Package
