Talbott Recover Center-Main Campus is seeking a full-time 72-Hour Assessment Coordinator for our Main Campus on Hunter Road, Atlanta. We focus on patient-centered care and a personal, individualized approach, upholding high standards of innovative treatment and compassionate attention to each patient’s needs. Position Summary

Initiates and completes the referral and intake process, determines appropriate level of care, and maintains follow-up communication with referral sources, families, patients and program staff to maintain a quality intake. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Demonstrates the ability to obtain accurate information and interpret the patient’s history of dependence/disorder. Determines callers’ appropriateness for Talbott Recovery Campus services. Communicates to all involved personnel information about patient admissions, transfers and unusual occurrences. Explains the evaluation and admission process to the potential patient/referral source. Documents all intake information into database including demographics and all appropriate assessments. Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree with active Addiction Certification or Master’s degree preferred. Minimum 1 year experience working in a psychiatric/substance abuse facility preferred. EEO Statement
