What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Supervise a team of RBTs, BCaBAs, and practicum students
Provide direct behavioral services as needed
Deliver caregiver training and ongoing support
Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
What is Required (Qualifications)
Master's degree or national equivalent in psychology, special education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field
Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
Minimum of two years of experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
Completion of the 8-hour BACB supervisor training
Strong clinical judgment and crisis management skills
