Are you a Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) accruing supervision hours? Join our Rising Stars program! Action Behavior Centers – ABA Therapy for Autism is looking for a Behavior Analyst in Training.

What we offer
Pay: $24–30 per hour based on experience and supervision hour completion; potential wage increases every 6 months.
A guaranteed path to becoming a
BCBA
with a competitive BCBA salary upon passing.
Bonuses based on accrued hours, up to $1,500 per year.
Guaranteed hours: 32–40 hours per week regardless of patient cancellations.
No‑cost supervision hours – no deductions from pay or clawbacks.
$5,000 BCBA Pass Bonus for those who pass the exam on the first attempt at ABC.

What you will be doing
Supervisee has accrued 85% of fieldwork hours (1700/2000 hours).
All Restricted hours completed.
Proof of enrollment in an accredited applicable master’s program.
Providing early intervention therapy in a center‑based setting.
Shaping the minds of children ages 18 months to 8 years.
Collecting data and implementing individualized treatment plans for each child.
Collaborating with BCBAs and a team dedicated to living ABC’s core values.
Allocate 8 hours per week off direct care schedule to work on BDS modules.
Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining our team.
