Base Pay + Commission
What You’ll Do
Guide customers through the fireplace selection process using a consultative sales approach
Develop customized solutions based on each customer’s home, style, and project needs
Manage the full sales cycle from initial consultation through order completion and follow‑up
Collaborate with scheduling and operations teams to ensure smooth project timelines
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming showroom
Respond to customer inquiries in person and by phone
Assist with showroom events, training, and inventory as needed
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of successful sales experience (home improvement, appliances, or related fields preferred)
Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines
Interest or knowledge in interior design or home remodeling trends is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or interior design is a plus
Ability to work Saturdays
