What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Develop a deep understanding of the platform to meet clients' requirements and industry challenges
Provide client support during implementation and business reviews to enhance client experience
Create success plans for clients, focusing on critical metrics to drive adoption and identify growth opportunities
Educate clients about product updates and usage patterns to optimize their experience
Advocate for clients by building strong relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure success
What is Required (Qualifications)
3+ years of experience in a RIA, Single Family Office, or Multi Family Office environment, preferably in a client-facing role
Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to problem‑solving
Technology knowledge to effectively engage with product groups and clients
Excellent time management and prioritization skills, along with strong communication abilities
Proven success in building client engagement strategies and handling challenging situations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience working with ultra-high-net-worth clients in financial products or services
Ability to navigate complex data and foster relationships with key influencers
Demonstrated executive presence and capacity to persuade at all organizational levels
Adaptability and independence in a dynamic work environment
Willingness to travel as necessary
