Based in Birmingham, Alabama, Eventive Sports is the industry leader in dedicated sports event management. The company oversees a diverse portfolio of major sporting events and partnerships, including the Regions Tradition, Children’s of Alabama Indy Grand Prix, Magic City Classic, UFL Birmingham Stallions, and Gameday operations for the University of Alabama, Auburn University, Oklahoma University, Rose Bowl Stadium and Alabama State University.

Through our partnership with the Birmingham Stallions, the Account Executive, Ticket Sales & Experience will play a key role in driving new business and enhancing the overall fan experience through the sale of a variety of ticket packages, including season tickets, group experiences and premium hospitality offerings. This is a full-time, in-office position based in Birmingham, Alabama. You will have the opportunity to gain valuable sales experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment that encourages growth, learning and professional development.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sell ticket packages

Meet ticket sales quotas & activity targets

Drive sales through deposits, leads, referrals, networking, social selling & research

Pitch prospects via virtual/in-person meetings, calls, social selling & event presentations

Support ticket sales & promotions at partner events to network & gather leads

Attend community, chamber & networking events to build new relationships

Handle incoming ticket sales calls and follow up to build customer relationships & drive sales

Provide excellent service to all ticket package holders

Execute game day activations to enhance fan experiences (e.g., field access, autograph sessions, clinics)

Maintain accurate sales reports, activity logs & event recaps in Salesforce CRM

Serve as liaison between clients & management

Contribute to a competitive sales culture; participate in team meetings & training

Represent with professionalism, integrity & credibility

Collaborate with team & league staff on additional duties as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required

1+ year outbound sales experience (sports/entertainment sales preferred)

Experience in Minor League or start-up sports a plus

Proficient in Microsoft Office & Google Suite

Customer service experience preferred Familiarity with CRM (Salesforce) & ticketing systems (Ticketmaster/Archtics) preferred

Proven ability to achieve ticket sales goals

Professional demeanor, judgment and discretion in handling confidential information

Strong customer service, interpersonal & communication skills (verbal, written, listening)

High emotional intelligence, conflict resolution & problem-solving skills

Self-motivated, organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively

Flexible, reliable team player with strong time-management skills

Skilled in identifying and solving problems while maintaining daily operations

Makes thoughtful, reasoned decisions based on sound analysis

Must attend all home games & events, as assigned

Requires periods of desk work plus bending, moving & lifting up to 20 lbs.

Actively work partner & community events to promote the team & grow fan relationships

Travel to games, meetings & events as needed (minimal travel •Flexible schedule required, including nights, weekends & holidays)

Light lifting (≤15 lbs.) regularly required
