We are seeking a full-time Outside Sales Representative to join our team in Long Island, NY. This outside sales role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. The representative will also deliver tailored solutions to meet client needs, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure seamless communication with internal teams to process orders and resolve issues effectively. Responsibilities

Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills Ability to conduct market research and identify new business opportunities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong attention to detail Proficiency in organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and with a team, meeting sales goals and deadlines Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to meet clients in the Long Island, NY area Prior experience in sales, customer service, or related fields (preferred) Familiarity with the paper & twine or related industries is a plus High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or marketing is advantageous Seniority level
