Exceed performance KPIs, including dollars collected per productive hour and promise‑to‑pay commitments

Maximize recovery efforts by efficiently driving every interaction to achieve high outcomes

Secure and uphold borrower commitments, ensuring agreements are fulfilled within specified timeframes

What is Required (Qualifications):

At least 2 years of experience in a collections role at a financial institution with proven success in meeting performance goals

Demonstrated ability to engage borrowers effectively and handle challenging conversations with professionalism and empathy

Familiarity with FDCPA, TCPA, and other relevant collections laws and best practices

Proven track record of thriving in a results‑oriented environment with experience in improving key performance metrics

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

3+ years of experience successfully recovering high‑risk or delinquent accounts, particularly in auto collections

Proven negotiation skills with the ability to finalize settlements while maintaining positive borrower relationships

Deep understanding of collections laws and compliance standards

Experience in analyzing performance metrics to optimize productivity

Skilled in de‑escalating challenging conversations and presenting effective payment plans
