Role Description This is a contract, remote role for a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson. The primary responsibilities include developing client and customer relationships, guiding clients and customers through buying, selling, and renting processes, conducting property searches, and facilitating negotiations. Additional duties involve marketing property listings, attending showings, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the NYC metro real estate markets to deliver a high degree of professional service to client and customers.
Qualifications
Active real estate license in the State of New York
Experience in real estate sales, marketing, and negotiation
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal relationship skills
An understanding of Queens, Nassau and Suffolk real estate markets, neighborhoods, and property types
Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and capable of independent action
