A professional couple in Natick is seeking a part-time nanny for their 8-month-old son Monday–Friday 8am–12 pm in January, transitioning to full-time, Monday–Friday, 7/8 AM–5 PM starting February 16th, 2026.
Location: Natick, MA Start Date: January 5th, 2026 Child: 8 month old boy Schedule: Monday-Friday 7/8am-5pm
Duties
Supervise and monitor child's activities to ensure safety at all times
Prepare bottles & meals
Assist with diapering, feeding, and basic infant care routines
Engage in developmentally appropriate play, sensory activities, and early learning exercises
Maintain a clean, organized environment, including light childcare-related tidying
Compensation & Benefits
$27-30/hour, paid through payroll
Industry-standard benefits: guaranteed hours, vacation, sick days, holidays off
Requirements
5+ years of professional childcare experience
Eligible to work in the U.S.
Up to date on vaccinations
Reliable vehicle
Clean background and driving record
CPR Certified
About The Family This warm, professional family is seeking an experienced nanny to care for their sweet 8-month-old son. Both parents work from home a few days per week and value strong communication, patience, and a long-term partnership with their nanny. The home also has a small, friendly dog.
