Real Estate Advisor – Commercial Properties , you’ll represent clients in the purchase, sale, and leasing of office, retail, industrial, and investment properties. This role offers the freedom to run your own business with the backing of a proven brokerage team. What You’ll Do
Develop your personal brand and client base in the Knoxville market Prospect, network, and attend community events to generate leads Manage property listings and use technology to market properties Negotiate deals and provide excellent service to clients Work closely with a collaborative team of advisors Qualifications
Tennessee Real Estate License (required) Previous sales or real estate experience preferred Strong networking, communication, and social media skills Self-motivated, organized, and entrepreneurial mindset Eager to learn and grow within the commercial real estate industry What We Provide
