We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Front Desk professional to join our Woodbridge, VA office. In this role, you will play a key part in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring smooth operations for both patients and providers in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities
Manage front desk operations, including patient check-in/check-out, scheduling, and phone inquiries.
Assist with surgical scheduling and administrative tasks.
Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR).
Serve as a reliable liaison between patients and healthcare providers.
Qualifications
Experience: 1+ year in a medical front desk or surgical assistant role preferred.
Skills: Proficiency with EMR systems, strong computer and phone communication skills.
Attributes: Ethical, dependable, detail-focused, and able to multitask effectively.
Team Player: Strong time-management skills and ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
Language: Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
