We are seeking an experienced and reliable
Case Picker
to join our 1st or 2nd shift warehouse operations team. This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced role ideal for candidates who thrive in a physically demanding, metrics‑driven environment. You will be responsible for accurately selecting, staging, and preparing product orders using an Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ), handheld scanner, and pick tickets to fulfill daily orders in a safe and timely manner. Key Responsibilities:
Operate an
Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ)
to pick and move cases throughout the warehouse Read and interpret
pick tickets, labels, and RF handheld scanners
to accurately locate and pick products Follow all
safety protocols and SOPs Lift, move, and transport product loads (up to 50+ lbs) throughout the shift Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors Work in varying temperatures –
hot in summer, cold in winter Must-Haves on Your Resume:
Minimum of 2 years of recent EPJ (Electric Pallet Jack) experience

case picking experience
with high accuracy and productivity Ability to read and follow
pick tickets, labels , and operate
handheld scanners / RF devices Ability to work in a
physically demanding
environment and lift heavy cases Comfortable working in a
no A/C
and
limited heating
warehouse environment Preferred Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
preferred Prior warehouse or distribution center experience Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Basic math and computer skills Additional Requirements:
Must pass a drug test Steel‑toed/safety shoes required Must be comfortable with physical labor, including lifting, reaching, crouching, and walking throughout the shift Exposure to moderate to loud noise, mechanical equipment, and variable temperatures Experience operating other warehouse equipment (forklifts, conveyors, etc.) is a plus Apply Today!
