We're seeking the right candidate for the position of ADON - RN at Manhattan Community Care Center. In this vital role, you’ll ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care while collaborating with a dedicated team, providing exceptional clinical leadership and support.
What You Bring to the Table Essential Qualifications
Assist in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing the nursing department.
Assist in recruitment, selection, and training of competent department personnel.
Participate in developing, planning, conducting, and scheduling regular in‑service training classes that provide instruction and ensure a well‑educated nursing department while keeping up with federal and state educational requirements.
Monitor and guide completion of assessments in a timely manner.
Schedule and facilitate care plan conferences.
Facilitate monthly quality management meetings.
Manage the care planning process.
Assist in developing, presenting, and evaluating education and training for employees.
Ensure infection prevention, administer vaccinations, collaborate with other healthcare professionals within and outside the facility, and implement infection prevention education.
