Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated Chiropractor to join our practice full‑time in Columbia, MO. The ideal candidate is passionate about chiropractic, a fantastic adjuster, a team player, and willing to go above and beyond for patients. We offer a 4‑day work week (Mon‑Thu), 2 weeks paid time off that increases to 4 weeks in year 2, and holidays. Columbia is located midway between St. Louis and Kansas City in central Missouri. Duties
Perform initial exams and re‑exams (medical history, focused physical exam, review imaging documents) Take, mark, and review diagnostic imaging and X‑rays Evaluate findings and determine diagnosis Develop and prepare appropriate treatment plans Educate patients on diagnosis, treatment options, pre‑ and post‑treatment care, lifestyle modifications, and benefits of continued care Provide chiropractic care using diversified, activator, motion adjusting, Cox flexion‑distraction, dry needling, or acupuncture (a plus if certified) Maintain timely and accurate charting and documentation (Platinum EHR System) Work cooperatively with the team and support staff for comprehensive patient care Follow up with patients to ensure treatment goals are being met and reassess as needed Gradually increase patient load in collaboration with the team Maintain treatment areas in an organized and clean manner to create a professional environment Participate in marketing initiatives as needed to promote the practice Requirements
Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC) Active Chiropractic license in MO Dry needling or acupuncture certification a plus Schedule
Full time (4 days per week) Monday‑Thursday Salary
$75k‑$90k per year plus production bonuses (depending on experience) Benefits
