Registered Behavior Technician - Charlotte, NC (Morning and Evening Schedule)
This is a part‑time position with Step Ahead ABA. You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the home, community, or school settings. Flexible scheduling is offered, with the ability to select availability slots that match client times.

Base Pay Range $23.00/hr – $26.00/hr (regular rate)

What You’ll Do
Provide direct ABA therapy to children in their home, school, or community
Follow individualized treatment plans created by BCBAs
Collect data and document each session accurately
Communicate regularly with your supervising BCBA and the team
Show professionalism and respect in every client interaction
What This Role Requires
Active RBT certification
High school diploma or equivalent
Reliable transportation and punctuality; strong communication skills
Comfortable working with children and families in home settings
Ability to stay active and engaged with clients
Prior ABA experience required

Work Environment This is an in‑home position. Expectations include:
Respecting the family’s home and space
Leaving therapy materials on‑site as needed
Being physically active with clients, including sitting, playing, lifting, or running if required
Policies & Procedures All team members must follow Step Ahead ABA’s professional standards and policies. Upon hire, you will review and sign an acknowledgment of the employee handbook, which outlines these expectations in detail.
