Title: Occupational Therapist. Location/work environment: In facility. Reporting structure: Reporting to Director of Rehab. Assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, deliver occupational therapy, teach patients and caregivers to promote independence and productivity. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in an occupational therapy curriculum accredited by ACOTE standards. Initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy. Valid, unencumbered occupational therapy license required in the state of practice.
