Pay:
$80,000 annual salary

What You’ll Do Day‑to‑Day As an Ageless RN, you’ll be a key member of our clinical team, providing direct, hands‑on patient care in a comfortable outpatient setting. You’ll build lasting relationships with patients while supporting their long‑term wellness goals.
Perform patient assessments, review medical histories, and document care in the EMR
Perform hands‑on clinical procedures including blood draws, IV therapy, and intramuscular or subcutaneous injections
Administer and monitor testosterone and other wellness treatments
Track patient outcomes and communicate progress with medical providers
Educate patients about hormone therapy, nutrition, and lifestyle changes to optimize results
Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and clinical care standards
Contribute to a supportive team culture focused on exceptional patient experience

Requirements
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (required)
Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (preferred)
Phlebotomy, IV, or injection experience
EMR proficiency and strong attention to detail
