Setting:
Assisted Living, Independent Living, Outpatient
Schedule:
Monday to Friday; no weekends, no evenings. Flexible shift options and PRN opportunities available.
Key Responsibilities
Treat residents in their rooms or on the on‑site outpatient clinic.
Perform patient assessments, develop and implement therapeutic plans under supervision.
Monitor progress and document treatment sessions.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver optimal patient care.
Maintain clinical documentation and compliance with agency standards.
Qualifications
Current license as a Physical Therapy Assistant or the ability to obtain one in the state of practice.
Previous outpatient experience preferred.
