We are seeking a skilled and patient-centered
Physical Therapist
to join a highly engaged outpatient team treating a diverse mix of patients, with a strong emphasis on
athletes, sports injuries, orthopedic cases, and general outpatient populations . This role offers the opportunity to work in a supportive environment alongside other PTs and PTAs, with the autonomy to create individualized treatment plans. This position is ideal for a therapist who values hands-on care, enjoys working with athletes, and is looking for strong professional growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, develop treatment plans, and provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions. Deliver hands-on, individualized therapy. Treat a caseload primarily consisting of athletes, sports injuries, orthopedic conditions, post-operative patients, and general outpatient clients. Manage an average of 14 patient visits per day while maintaining high-quality documentation and patient engagement. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of PTs and PTAs to ensure coordinated, high-quality care. Participate in community outreach opportunities such as local events, school talks, athletic activities, and creative engagement initiatives. Maintain accurate, timely documentation using WebPT EMR. Float between clinic locations when necessary (no long-distance travel required). Qualifications
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from a CAPTE-accredited program. Active Texas Physical Therapist license (or ability to obtain prior to start date). Strong outpatient orthopedic and/or sports rehabilitation skills. Excellent interpersonal communication and patient education abilities. Experience working with athletic populations, sports injury rehab, or performance-based therapy. Comfort working in a collaborative, hands-on team environment. Competitive salary depending on experience, sports background, and clinical skillset. Additional compensation opportunities may be available based on productivity or performance.
