Responsibilities
Provide high‑quality, safe, and effective patient care on a per‑shift basis.
Lead and supervise clinical staff, ensuring competency and effective resource management.
Collaborate closely with the facility’s Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) to maintain clinical standards.
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Minimum 2 years Acute Care nursing experience.
Minimum 1 year recent ICU experience.
Current state licensure or registration as required by state law.
Specialty certifications as required for supported nursing specialty areas.
CPR (Basic Life Support) certification from the American Heart Association.
Compensation & Benefits Pay is based on experience and skill level, calculated for 12‑hour shifts, 36 hours per week, with a tax‑free stipend determined at contract time. Weekly pay, holiday pay, and a 401(k) with company match are included.
Additional benefits: referral bonus, weekly pay, holiday pay, 401(k) retirement plan.

Contract security through TRA’s in‑house Nationwide Contract Pool.
Guaranteed hours for travel contracts and preferred booking agreements for local contracts.
