Base pay range: $56.00/hr - $78.00/hr Job Type: FT | Days | Shift 07:00-19:30 Wage scale: $56.65 - $78.08 per hour Department/Unit Summary
The Charge Nurse - Med/Surg coordinates total nursing care for patients, participates in patient and family teaching, acts as a patient advocate and works as part of a team with ancillary and non-nursing departments. Provides direct patient care to patients using the nursing process in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice. 4:1 Nurse Ratio 8:1 CNA Ratio Break Nurse, Charge Nurse, and Nursing Supervisor on staff 38 Total Beds 12 Hour Shifts How you\'ll contribute

BLS, ACLS 1 year of charge nurse experience required 3+ years of Med/surg experience preferred About Our Health System
