OT Occupational Therapist Home Health
– AMEDISYS HOME HEALTH
Overview PRN, flexible schedule, and paid training. Work 1:1 in the home with the patient in Craven, Lenoir and Pitt counties.
Compensation & Benefits
$44.00 - $47.00 hourly.

Responsibilities
Responsible for all aspects of occupational therapy service delivery under a physician‑approved plan of care.
Ensure the plan addresses all problems identified in the assessment or document rationale if problems are omitted.
Accountable for the safety and effectiveness of the OT service delivery process.
Complete documentation timely and accurately.
Supervise home health aide when RN is not active.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Current license to practice occupational therapy in the assigned state.
Graduate of an OT program accredited by ACOTE.
Eligible or has completed the NBCOT entry‑level exam.
One year related OT experience. If less, approval from regional clinical leaders and appropriate mentoring/residency required.
Current CPR certification.
