Opportunity Description HumanEdge Health is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist for a full‑time 13‑week travel assignment in Colorado. This role offers a consistent daytime schedule and the chance to support patients in a dynamic therapy setting.

Job Duties

Provide high‑quality physical therapy services based on individualized treatment plans

Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with functional limitations

Document treatment sessions and progress notes in accordance with facility standards

Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support continuity of care

Participate in care planning, patient education, and discharge recommendations

Contract Details

8‑hour day shifts

Full‑time schedule, 13‑week assignment

Experience & Skills Required

Active

Colorado single‑state PT license

(required at submission)

Minimum 1 year of recent PT experience

Strong clinical assessment and patient communication skills
