Casa de Ramana Rehabilitation Center is offering a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) position for the 11PM‑7AM shift. Pay is based on experience, with a base rate of $36.00 – $48.50 per hour. The per‑diem rate is $42.00 plus differential. Sign‑on bonus is $2,500.00 (pro‑rated for part‑time).

Qualifications
Current unencumbered license to practice nursing in the state in which the center is located
Proficiency in basic computer skills, including an electronic health record (PCC is a plus)
Responsibilities
Implement systems that address each resident’s needs and manage the care of medically complex and mentally compromised residents
Assess residents’ health care needs, make a nursing diagnosis, and translate this into an interdisciplinary plan of care; communicate the plan to all care providers to ensure continuity of care
Establish and maintain functional communications with staff, other disciplines, residents, families, medical staff, and the community
Treat residents, staff, and the facility community with respect and dignity; handle resident property and information with honesty, confidentiality, and respect
