Position We are looking for a Loader Operator with pipe‑laying and sewer/water experience. This role supports pipe layers, operators, and the foreman by coordinating materials for installing sanitary, watermain, and storm pipes and manholes while maintaining jobsite safety and cleanliness. The operator must be able to work between a loader and a backfill excavator.

Projects vary by location; reliable transportation and willingness to travel to any job site within Dane County is required.
Candidate
Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory record.
Class A CDL desired but not required initially.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
3+ years of sewer and water experience.
Must operate loader and backfill excavator.
Punctual and dependable.
Open to varied hours, including nights, early mornings, weekends, and variable weather conditions.
Union member or willing to join; the HR department can assist as needed.
Pass or have passed the Operators Union aptitude test when required.
Ability to clean, maintain, and assist in repairing equipment.
