Maintenance Technician - Liberty Village
Location: Las Vegas, NV
Pay: $19.00/hr - $25.00/hr (based on experience)

Position Overview As a Maintenance Technician, you are the hero of our property. You are essential to keeping our community running smoothly and ensuring our residents have a safe, comfortable, and well‑maintained place to call home. You will handle a wide variety of tasks, from routine upkeep to urgent repairs, making each day different. This position requires responding to after‑hours on‑call maintenance emergencies on a rotating schedule.
Key Responsibilities
Perform a wide range of hands‑on maintenance including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting to resolve resident work orders and keep the property in excellent condition.
Prepare vacant apartment homes for new residents by completing necessary repairs, painting, and fixture installations to ensure a quality move‑in experience.
Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on building systems, equipment, and grounds to identify and address issues proactively.
Provide outstanding customer service to residents, communicating professionally and completing service requests in a timely and efficient manner.
Qualifications
1‑2+ years of hands‑on maintenance experience in a residential or similar setting.
Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.
A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Ability to participate in a rotating on‑call schedule for after‑hours emergencies.
Physical ability to lift over 75 pounds and work in various weather conditions.
For higher levels (II, III, IV): Advanced experience (3‑6+ years) and/or specialized certifications (HVAC, Electrical, etc.) are highly desirable and will be considered for higher‑level positions and pay.
