Dental Assistant

to join our amazing team in our State-Of-The-Art practice in Macomb, MN. We offer a job environment that you will love, starting with an amazing and collaborative team, and focused to provide best in class oral health care to our patients.

Schedule:

You will be thrilled to know that we work 4 days per week, and NO WEEKENDS!

Monday: 9:00am - 6:00pm

Tuesday: 6:30am - 1:30pm

Wednesday: 6:30am - 5:30pm

Thursday: 6:30am - 1:30pm

Friday: Off

Saturday: Off

Sunday: Off

Responsibilities As a Dental Assistant you will be responsible for the following (not limited to):

Welcome patients and get them situated in the appropriate treatment room.

Assist the doctor in providing care to the patient.

Be knowledgeable of existing and emerging technologies and clinical initiatives that impact the back-office experience.

Actively monitor lab materials and supplies.

Develop a relationship with the patient.

Follow all OSHA/HIPAA guidelines.

Clean and sterilize instruments and prepare treatment rooms as needed.

Take, expose, and mount high quality dental radiographs.

Contribute to the team in achieving business objectives to accomplish goals.

Maintain a safe and secure environment for patients and team.

Qualifications

At least 1 year of Dental Assistant experience

Knowledgeable of Digital scanning preferred but not required

Xray certified in MI

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
