Description
Providing support to ensure compliance of the pharmacy 340B program. Works closely with pharmacy staff, software companies, wholesalers, and pharmaceutical manufacturers. Participates in ongoing maintenance of program policies and procedures. Maintains required 340B program records. Performs audits to ensure compliance with policy and regulatory requirements. This position specializes in proficiency in math, audit, maintenance/IT, and/or compliance.

Essential Functions

Demonstrates collaboration, critical thinking, and teamwork when facilitating standards and operational decisions and resolving issues.
Utilizes data to identify opportunities for improvement and applies 340B program expertise to identify and implement plans. Demonstrates data‑driven approach for project prioritization and strategies.
Identifies opportunities that address program needs, policy/process changes, and education to align with organizational strategy and priorities.
Maintains a working knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, Trinity Health’s Organizational Integrity Program, Standards of Conduct, and other policies and procedures to ensure adherence in a manner that reflects honest, ethical, and professional behavior.
Processes invoices and requisitions and serves as liaison to wholesalers, third party administrators, and other internal and external customers.
Assists with quality control and third‑party administrator software maintenance.
Serves as liaison to pharmacy staff, internal and external customers.
Conducts monthly internal audits of the 340B program to ensure compliance with the program policies and procedures. Immediately reports any discrepancies/deviations to the 340B Program Manager.
Performs other responsibilities as requested by 340B Program Director.
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
At least three (3) years of pharmacy work experience.
Current Certified Pharmacy Technician required. Registration with the appropriate State Board of Pharmacy as required.
340B University Certification required within three months of hire.
