Full-time permanent position Mon-Fri 8:00 to 4:30 49-bed Inpatient Rehab Unit Stroke Certified & Limb Loss Certified See 4-5 patients per day on average - prioritize patient care Diverse caseload: Neoro, Ortho, Multi-Trauma, Debility, Cardiac, Spinal Cord, etc. Over 2 hours per day for documentation, mentorship, training Medical, Dental & Life Insurance (3 plans to choose from) Paid Time Off (PTO) = 4+ weeks About the Position:
This 49-bed freestanding Inpatient Rehab Hospital delivers high-acuity neuro, stroke, limb loss, and multi-trauma care with 90-minute, 1-on-1 treatments and a strong focus on getting patients home. The team is led by long-tenured senior therapists and offers structured mentorship in a true teaching environment, making it ideal for a PT who prioritizes quality care and long-term clinical growth. Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's, Masters or Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program Open to New Grads and Experienced Therapists Inpatient Rehab experienced preferred *applicable clinical required if new grad* Must be detail oriented but also able to see the big picture Excellent communication skills across all levels Serve as a liaison with internal and external customers Collaborative, team building personality style Servant leader mindset ABOUT US Nealy Pierce
