Role Overview Fulfillment Specialist I owns and delivers on all activities related to sales order creation for customers, support, and internal teams. The role requires coordinating with Production to ensure equipment is built and Procurement to ensure custom items are ordered, leveraging company tools such as NetSuite, ShipHawk, Jira, and RFSmart. This role interfaces closely with cross‑departmental teams like Project Managers, branch depots, Support, and Accounting to ensure high quality, accuracy, and speed for delivering goods. The Fulfillment Specialist will have complete ownership of item fulfillment and implement modern supply chain and logistics methods to support the business’ goals around operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. This role interfaces daily with Warehouse Leadership, Procurement, and Production & Manufacturing on deliverable planning and prioritization.

What You’ll Do
Execute and own the entire process from order receipt to site delivery
Troubleshoot and resolve order discrepancies and shipping issues by proactively coordinating with Support, Project Management and Sales
Track and report back on Fulfillment KPIs; assist leadership with staying on track to meet functional goals
Work lock‑step with the rest of Supply Chain functions (i.e., Procurement and Material Handlers) and Production teams to stay coordinated and on task, tactfully shifting priorities as directed
Support internal customers (e.g., PMs, Support, etc.) with order quality, sensitive timelines, and potential bottlenecks
Communicate with logistical carriers to maintain strong relationships and preferred pricing
Support with ordering cadence and shipments for national branch depots
Track, document, and improve quality for packing, shipping, and site delivery
Assist with frequent inventory audits, floor counts, etc.
What You Bring
Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP systems; NetSuite and ShipHawk are highly preferred
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and track KPIs
Familiar with Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, etc.)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Have a proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset and enjoy solving complex problems
Exceptional decision‑making abilities, with a high degree of detail orientation
Ability to adapt to changing business needs and a fast‑paced work environment
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language in a business environment
Qualifications
Experience: 1‑2 years professional experience in order fulfillment, warehouse management, logistics, or similar; experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment is highly desired
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or similar is preferred but not required
Compensation & Benefits $50,000.00 - $65,000.00/year. Final salary will be determined based on candidate's skills and experience level.
