Location: 4500 San Pablo Road, Jacksonville, FL 32256 (Mayo). Online applications accepted only.
Schedule: Part‑time, Friday through Monday. Four‑hour shifts: 6:15 am–10:15 am or 3:15 pm–7:15 pm. Further details upon interview.
Fixed Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour.

Job Summary Responsible for securing patient meal selections and special requests via telephone or face‑to‑face interactions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Follows proper telephone etiquette and procedures with patients, visitors, and healthcare professionals.
Offers alternatives to menu options for prescribed diets, accommodating food allergies, sensitivities, cultural, ethnic, and religious preferences.
Responds to patients' needs at all times, resolving concerns or complaints immediately and reporting assistance to supervisor as appropriate.
Complies with dietary restrictions on special or modified diets to ensure optimal food preferences are met within diet order limitations.
Interacts with nursing to ensure patients' diet prescriptions are accurate and food needs are met.
Adheres to facility confidentiality and patients' rights policies, including HIPAA procedures.
Complies with federal, state, and local health and sanitation regulations and department sanitation procedures.
Follows HACCP guidelines when assembling and distributing food supplies to ensure quality and safety of the food supply.
Completes all daily, weekly, or monthly reports as outlined in corporate policies and procedures, meeting all prescribed deadlines.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Prior call center, nutrition, or dietary experience required.
Ability to perform essential functions with or without a reasonable accommodation.
