$85,000 - $95,000 Qualifications
Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy (DPT/MPT) Valid Florida Physical Therapy license (or eligibility to obtain) Strong clinical reasoning and manual therapy skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Passion for patient care and a commitment to clinical excellence Responsibilities
Perform evaluations, develop treatment plans, and provide evidence‑based therapy Educate and empower patients on injury prevention and rehabilitation strategies Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with the care team Collaborate with colleagues to optimize patient outcomes Stay current with industry advancements and best practices Skills
Clinical Skills
Strong manual therapy and hands‑on treatment techniques Proficiency in evaluations, assessments, and diagnosis of musculoskeletal and neuromuscular conditions Experience developing personalized treatment plans based on evidence‑based practice Expertise in therapeutic exercises, therapeutic activities, neuromuscular re‑education, and modalities Ability to adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and feedback Technical & Documentation Skills
Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR) documentation Understanding of insurance requirements and billing codes (ICD‑10, CPT) Knowledge of current best practices and industry advancements Soft Skills
Strong communication skills to educate patients and collaborate with colleagues Empathy and compassion to build trust and rapport with patients Time management and organizational skills to manage a caseload efficiently Problem‑solving and critical thinking to adapt treatment plans for optimal outcomes Team‑oriented mindset while also being self‑motivated and independent Benefits
