Clarity Clinic is an interdisciplinary group private practice of Psychiatrists, Psychiatric Advanced Practice Providers (PAs, NPs), Psychologists, and Therapists. Clinical Therapists
(MA/MSW/LSW/LPC/AMFT) to join our team of highly skilled clinicians. Our staff of Psychiatrists, Physician Assistants and Psychotherapists offer the latest medication and therapy treatment, as we help guide our clients towards mental wellness.
Clarity offers administrative, billing and marketing support so that our clinicians have a consistent caseload, ensuring our providers are focused on their greatest priority…helping their clients move forward in life!
We are partnered with the following In-Network Insurance providers: Cigna, Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, United Healthcare and we accept self-pay clients.
Provide evidence-based therapy sessions to a variety of populations from children/adolescents to adults, offering exceptional client care
Manage a caseload of 12-24+ attended client sessions per week (Part Time/ Full Time optional)
Our clinicians ensure documentation is completed in a timely manner
The clinician has oversight of assessments, evaluations, and treatment goals/plan consistent with clinical and administrative policies and procedures
Our clinicians participate in organizational trainings and professional development
Our clinicians promote, support, and demonstrate Clarity Clinic’s mission, vision and values through both behavior and job performance and adheres to policies, procedures, Compliance plan and Standards of Conduct on a day-to-day basis
Perks and Benefits:
Compensation:
Partially Licensed: $45-$50/per hour commensurate to years of experience & licensure
Part Time (12hrs+) or Full Time (24+ attended sessions requirement). Optional to candidate preference
Bonus potential - optional for full-time employees

$500.00 CME/Professional development stipend to help cover licensure renewal fees & CE courses
$100.00 Wellness reimbursement stipend to support your self-care routine
10 days of accrued PTO, plus 5 accrued sick/wellness days
2 days (16 hours) of paid training allowance

Hybrid Model: Fully Telehealth/Remote (optional) / In-person (where medically necessary for clients)

Qualifications & Minimum Requirements:
Must be partially licensed or fully licensed as a Licensed Social worker or (LSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Associate Marriage/Family Therapist (AMFT).
Experience with any/all of the following treatment modalities is beneficial:
Family-focused therapy
Multi-systemic therapy
CBT | DBT | ACT
EMDR
Hypnosis
Health psychology (chronic health issues or pain management)
CADC
