Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor vital signs.

Assist in providing 24/7 clinical support and mentoring new staff through a robust nurse mentor program.

Document patient care precisely and maintain accurate electronic health records.

Collaborate with the healthcare team to implement evidence‑based care and promote patient safety.
