We’re actively looking for a Mechanical Engineer with strong HVAC design experience to join a growing MEP team supporting commercial and residential projects. This is a great opportunity for an engineer who wants real project ownership, technical growth, and exposure across the full project lifecycle.

What You’ll Do

Lead HVAC system design for commercial and residential buildings, including load calculations, equipment selection, ductwork, and piping layouts.

Prepare and review construction documents, drawings, and specifications.

Coordinate closely with architectural, structural, electrical, and plumbing teams.

Ensure designs meet applicable codes, ASHRAE standards, and client requirements.

Review submittals, respond to RFIs, and support construction administration.

Perform site visits and provide technical guidance during installation and commissioning.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.

5+ years of HVAC design experience within an MEP or consulting environment.

Professional Engineer (PE) license strongly preferred (or actively pursuing).

Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD; familiarity with HVAC load calculation software.

Strong knowledge of building codes and energy standards.

Ability to manage multiple projects and communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
