Job Description We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Restaurants Manager to join our team in 6th of October City, Egypt. As the Restaurants Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our dining establishments, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Responsibilities

Lead and inspire a team of restaurant staff, fostering a collaborative and customer-focused environment

Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance guest experiences and increase revenue

Oversee menu planning, food preparation, and presentation to maintain high-quality standards

Manage inventory, budgeting, and financial reporting for the restaurants

Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and health codes

Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently

Collaborate with other departments to organize and execute special events and promotions

Continuously analyze performance metrics and implement improvements to optimize operations

Stay updated on industry trends and local culinary preferences to keep our offerings fresh and appealing

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming atmosphere in all dining areas

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role, preferably in a high‑end dining setting

Proven track record of leading and mentoring high‑performing teams

Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities, with excellent written and verbal communication skills

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred)

Valid food safety certification recognized in Egypt

Proficiency in restaurant management software and point‑of‑sale systems

In‑depth knowledge of local food safety regulations and health codes

Fluency in Arabic and English

Passion for food, beverage, and creating memorable guest experiences

Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and analyze financial reports

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and public holidays

Cultural sensitivity and knowledge of local cuisine and dining customs

Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail
