Las Vegas, Nevada**The SHOW comes alive at MGM Resorts International****THE JOB:**As a Housekeeping Supply Clerk, you are responsible for ensuring that all housekeeping supplies and equipment are properly stocked and distributed to support the team's operational needs. Your role involves addressing guest and employee requests, managing inventory and logistics, and maintaining organized storage areas to enhance the overall guest experience.
**THE STARTING RATE:** $22.8286 hourly
**THE DAY-TO-DAY:*** Respond and resolve guest and/or employee complaints in a timely manner and creatively solve problems with the ability to anticipate, recognize, evaluate, and resolve potential difficulties* Responsible for pick station tasks including but not limited to; Inventory, stocking, logistics, and dispersion* Responsible for properly executing all requests made by VIP Services, Executives, etc.* Analyze data and reports generated by the property and Company to ensure proper execution of services, distribution of departmental reports and accuracy* Organize warehouse and refill shelves and chemical bottles as necessary* Contribute to the tracking of all items delivered to Housekeeping tower floors daily, ProHost room, Pick Station and items dispensed to other departments* Update allstorage areas and supplies weekly as directed* Perform work that could involve training for the use of ladders, fork lifts, as well as equipment used on and around the Linen Dock (i.e. tuggers, lifts, pallet jacks) etc.* Responsible for accurate quantity delivery, based on daily delivery to property* Count and perform inventory on a daily and monthly basis, in various areas of the hotel**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:*** High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required* Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays required* 6+ months of prior warehouse or guest services experience preferred**THE PERKS & BENEFITS:*** Wellness incentive programs to help you stay healthy physically and mentally* Access to company hotel, food and beverage, retail, and entertainment discounts as well as discounts with company partners on things like travel, electronics, online shopping, and more* Free meals in our employee dining room* Free parking on and off shift* Health & Income Protection benefits (for eligible employees)* Professional and personal development through programs and networking opportunities as well as volunteer opportunities in the community**VIEW JOB DESCRIPTION:**Are you ready to **JOIN THE SHOW**At MGM Resorts, we exist to entertain the human race and provide an unforgettable escape.
