Role Description
Do you love working with children and have a heart for the Word of God? We are looking for a dependable and enthusiastic individual to join our team to facilitate Sunday services in our Pleasanton Campus Kids Ministry & Early Childhood. This position combines hands‑on ministry with organizational support to help children experience faith in a fun and meaningful way. This role requires limited weekly availability, including Sunday mornings, a short midweek session, and brief flexible time for preparation or review.
Key Responsibilities
Help organize and set up spaces for Sunday services.
Bridge communication between the Kids Team & Pleasanton Campus.
Facilitate Sunday service through engaging the prepared curriculum.
Support volunteers as needed during Sunday services.
Rotate between Kids & Early Childhood as support staff.
Maintain a safe, welcoming, and fun environment for all children.
Qualifications
A genuine love for children and passion for teaching the Word of God.
Ability to engage, lead, and encourage kids in a group setting.
Strong organizational skills and willingness to help behind the scenes.
Team player who can follow direction and assist wherever needed.
Previous experience in Kids ministry or teaching is a plus but not required.
