This role involves managing patient records, scheduling appointments, and facilitating communication between patients, families, and medical staff. Key Responsibilities
Answering phones, directing calls, and relaying messages to medical staff.
Facilitating communication between patients, families, and medical staff.
Coordinating patient admissions, transfers, and discharges.
Scheduling appointments, procedures, and transportation for patients.
Coordinating with other healthcare departments and facilities.
Providing general information to patients and visitors.
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Current BLS or CPR Certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
Ability to pass drug screening and background checks.
Position Highlights And Benefits
Full-time, 32 hours per week, Day Shift (7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.).
Rotating weekends and holidays required.
