Overview
As a Sales Advisor, you'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service, welcoming and guiding customers through the store to actively sell products and provide support and guidance. You’ll use fashion and product knowledge to give customers the information they need for the best experience. You’ll also work on garment refill and care, presentation, and contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house, collaborating with the store team to deliver an excellent customer experience. Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service: welcoming and guiding customers through the store and omni-channel experience where available, supporting direct customer service Engage with customers to deliver an exceptional service experience Guide customers through fashion trends, stories and products in all areas of the store Effectively promote and sell products to customers Actively promote the Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in-store sustainability initiatives Represent the H&M brand positively during all customer interactions Assist with commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets with the store management team General Information
Keep up-to-date with fashion trends, styles, products, competitors, and relevant influencers Use product and fashion knowledge to share relevant information with customers Team & Development
Retain and share service, fashion and store operations knowledge with colleagues Follow all procedures, routines, and legal requirements in all areas of the store Give and receive feedback with colleagues to learn, develop and support each other Participate in onboarding, introduction processes and trainings relevant for the role and future development Retail Operations / Visual & Commercial Execution
Complete full garment cycle from unpacking and refill to steaming and ensure good garment care Operate fitting rooms and checkout areas according to best practice and processes Contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house (including stockrooms) Assist with garment presentation and maintain attractive merchandise displays, clear trends and stories according to visual and commercial guidelines Maintain stock levels with replenishment routines on the sales floor Follow best practices for in-store omni services and in-store tech tools (InStore Care App, Click & Collect, Smart Store, etc.) Assist with opening and closing of the store Follow all health and safety guidelines and legal requirements applicable to the role Qualifications
