Our agency opened in 2000 and currently has a dedicated team of ten. I’ve been with State Farm for 40 years, having served in several roles — first as an agent, then in field staff, and eventually returning to agency ownership. Insurance runs in my family; my father also worked in the industry, and my own journey has been shaped by a lifelong commitment to service and integrity. Before my insurance career, I served in the U.S. Air Force as a flight instructor, an experience that taught me leadership, discipline, and teamwork. I hold a master’s degree and am married with four sons, as well as grandchildren and great-grandchildren — family means everything to me. That same sense of family extends into our office culture. We’re a close-knit, supportive group that works hard, celebrates each other’s successes, and truly enjoys spending time together. Our team participates in missionary work and community outreach through our church, reflecting our shared belief in giving back. As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Bruce Baltich - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth. Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers. Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues. Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads. Qualifications

Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred. Leadership and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of meeting sales targets. Willingness to engage in sales conversations. Bilingual Spanish preferred.
