Located in a Southeast suburb of Cleveland, Ohio off of I 271 & 480 E. Broadway Forbes exit.

Job Description We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team in Bedford Ohio. In this role you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with new and existing clients in the commercial cleaning industry.

Territory: Primarily Northeast Ohio, with opportunities in Columbus and Cincinnati.

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand our client base.

Conduct sales presentations to showcase our janitorial services and solutions.

Develope and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to develpe effective sales strategies.

Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline.

Attend industry events and trade shows to network and generate leads.

Provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights to management.

Qualifications

Proven track record of 2+ years in B2B sales, preferably in a facility products or services capacity

Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach

Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities

Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point

Effective time management and organizational skills

High school diploma or equivalent (required)

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)

Janitorial or B2B sales experience (preferred)

Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits

Knowledge of OSHA regulations related to janitorial services

Ability to read and interpret blueprints for accurate bidding

Willingness to travel within the specified territory (Northeast Ohio, Columbus, and Cincinnati)
