Join a team recognized for leadership, innovation, and diversity. ADI Global Distribution will assign you your own book of existing customer accounts and you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long‑lasting customer relationships with ADI. Responsibilities
Drive business growth by closing sales Identify possible improvement opportunities Understand products, systems, and procedures Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and customer stakeholders Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our products according to customer needs and objectives Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts) Resolve complaints and prevent additional issues by improving processes Keep accurate records pertaining to inventory and account notes Enhance department and organization’s reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments Responsible for keeping current customers satisfied and delivering exceptional customer service on a day‑to‑day basis Maintain existing customers Manage sales cycle Provide excellent customer support Raise escalations Work with larger sales organizations Provide support to other duties as assigned Qualifications & Values
Self‑motivated, able to work independently without close supervision, and have a team mentality Strong work ethic, do what it takes to get the job done while maintaining high business ethical standards Sales experience in the distribution or retail/telecom industries Industry knowledge: CCTV, IP, AV technologies, Security, Fire Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Strong customer service, organization, and multi‑tasking abilities Goal oriented Professional appearance and demeanor Positive can‑do attitude Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook Successful track record in exceeding sales targets Exhibit strong aptitude for sales and desire to sell/upsell Benefits & Compensation
