The Delaney at The Vale is recruiting a hospitality‑focused Concierge. This role meets and greets residents, guests, prospective employees, suppliers, vendors, and outside service providers in a warm and professional manner daily. They are the first face someone sees when visiting our community.
Schedule Part‑time: weekends 7:00 am – 3:00 pm or 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm.
Salary $20–$23 per hour.

Daily Responsibilities
Provide ongoing telephone coverage.
Resolve issues presented by residents, guests, vendors, and suppliers so that organizational objectives are met and individuals feel served, preventing escalation.
Accept delivery packages, log receipt, and notify residents.
Prepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff.
Assist the Business Office Manager with projects and assignments.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent telephone communication skills.
