Join our team as a day shift, full-time, Admitting-ER&OP Registration Customer Service Coordinator (CSC) in Santa Fe, NM.

Get to Know Your Team:
Lovelace UNM Rehabilitation Hospital includes state-of-the-art rehabilitation services for patients recovering from health care conditions. It is the only rehabilitation hospital in the state accredited in six programs by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities.
Responsibilities
Provides direct customer service and front desk assistance for assigned departments, including but not limited to admitting, registering, scheduling, and verifying insurance.
Handles customer account transactions, provides customer assistance, and performs and/or oversees cashiering operations.
Adheres to policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Medical Terminology Knowledge.
Knowledge of insurance plans.
One (1) year of previously related experience.
Preferred Job Requirements:
Associate’s Degree in a related field of study.
Previous medical office experience.
Heart Saver.
