Responsibilities Imaging new or existing equipment, installing applications, deploying desktops, notebooks, printers, keyboards, mice, scanners, etc. Troubleshoot issues reported to our Help Desk (if the Help Desk can’t resolve on the initial call). Note: No application support (we have analysts who support our various applications). Education

High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in Information Technology or related field is a plus. Experience

Proven experience with hardware setup, installation, and troubleshooting. Familiarity with imaging tools and software deployment. Previous experience in an IT support or Help Desk environment is preferred. Skills

Strong technical troubleshooting skills for hardware and peripheral devices. Proficiency with common IT operating systems (Windows, macOS, etc.). Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) is a plus. Senioriry level
