Position Summary The Charter Operations Representative is committed to proactively developing and maintaining a client base in order to expand overall charter sales activities. The role provides clients with accurate and timely information while multi‑tasking in a team environment with minimal supervision. The representative works at least two of the four 10‑hour shifts from the office.
The posted salary ranges will default to that of the regional location and do not include any premiums. The baseline range for this non‑exempt position is $26.44–$33.65 hourly, equivalent to $55,000–$70,000 annually.

Minimum Requirements
At least 2 years of experience using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Minimum of 2 years of hands‑on experience in the aviation industry, preferably in a scheduling or operations role
Proficiency in charter scheduling or FBO scheduling, depending on prior role
Demonstrated determination and resilience when handling challenging situations and unexpected changes in a fast‑paced aviation environment
Strong multitasking skills to manage various tasks simultaneously
Must be over 18 and possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, if required
Minimum of a high school or trade school diploma
Main Responsibilities
Supports sales representatives and channel partners in administrative areas such as order processing, customer quotes, sales information management, product training, and financing
Functions within the Sales Support and Administration role as a generalist or in multiple disciplines
Answers inbound customer calls about product and service information and identifies upselling opportunities
Accepts orders, closes sales, maintains customer records, and completes required documentation
Identifies and qualifies prospective customers, recording sales prospecting activity in computer‑based tracking systems
May have an assigned product line that overlaps other sales teams’ territories
May have an individual or team sales quota and target earnings bonus or sales incentive opportunity
Represents Jet Aviation as one company internally and externally with industry groups, regulatory bodies, and the General Dynamics network
